Our Nursery
Butterflies day nursery provides a high standard of care for children aged 18 months - 5 years and is rated a 'Good' nursery by Ofsted. The children are looked after by the same staff / key workers to ensure they get to know them well and feel happy, secure and safe in a fun, friendly and homely environment.
We provide age appropriate, varied activities covering all areas of development and individual needs to give your child the best possible start to their education and pride ourselves on our extremely well equipped resources.
The nursery is separated into 'Caterpillars' (under 3s) and 'Butterflies' (3 and up). The separated spaces are used for adult led activities and to adhere to the children's individual needs e.g. when sleeping. The children will often mix throughout the day as we feel this free flow environment offers a wide variety of learning opportunities for all.
Funding
We are happy to accept 2 & 3 year old children with either 15 or 30 hours funding in place subject to availability.
The funded hours run between 9 and 3 daily.
Children who come outside of these hours will need to pay additional charges as shown in the nursery price list.
